THE
ANSWER IS: We are a group of young entreprisers of the Pilgrims´
College, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Our little enterprise is auspiced
by the multinational Exxel Group y taked care by Junior Achievement, a group
specialized in personal economy courses and in management teaching.
FORMAT:The
enterprise is formed by 16 pupils of 5th year of teh Pilgrims´ College.
All of them are stock-holders and are part of the enterprise directory management.
In addition to this 16 stock-holders, the enterprise have 37 stock-holders more,
who had bought a share trusting in the earnings of the enterprise. This enterprise
is hierarchicaly formed by one President and for Vice-presidents: Of Production,
Of Finances, Of Marketing and Of Human Resources.
OBJECTIVE OF THE ENTERPRISE: For 14 weeks during this year, 2001, we
should form a serious and rich enterprise. The company must give lot of dividends
for its share-holders, which ones are as owner of the company as the president
is.
